Get your body energized with one of our favourite yoga instructors on the screen. Join others for a combined power and Yin flow with TE. In this class, we will stream the class onto the big screen and flow together to experience a high-intensity session that supports each other. This class includes balance poses, along with a continuous dynamic flow with breath and mindfulness to match then followed by a realxing Yin
Note: Class passes cannot be used with this workshop. Refreshments will be included after the session to chat about our thoughts and the experience. We will also discuss the possibility of adding a power yoga class to The Nook’s schedule.
