🌿 Welcome Vinyasa at Coterie Holistic Wellness

Join me for a grounding and joyful Vinyasa practice to celebrate the opening of Coterie Holistic Wellness—a stunning new studio nestled right on the canal. This one-hour class is open to all levels, with mats provided and plenty of space to move, breathe, and connect.
✨ Expect flowing movement, gentle breathwork, and a chance to meet me and explore the beautiful studio that Coterie have so lovingly brought to life. After class, we’ll chat about future sessions and how we can shape this offering together.
