Service Description
Yin class: In this one-hour class we will focus on breathwork, meditation and slow, supported stretches using a range of props such as bolsters, pillows and blankets. The yin practise helps you to slow down, relax and turn inward which, in turn, helps reduce stress and anxiety, as well as restore energy levels. Yin has a unique way of calming the nervous system, boosting circulation and reducing tension whilst also improving the flexibility and range of motion in our joints, ligaments and tendons. It also works with the meridians in the body to help maintain a positive and healthy flow of energy. You can expect to leave a class feeling calmer, well-balanced and more connected to your mind and body, as well as seeing long term improvements in your range of motion and flexibility.
