🌿 The Nook Beauty Policy 🌿 At The Nook, we’re passionate about creating a calm, professional, and luxurious experience for every client. To help us maintain this standard and manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that you take note of the following policy: 💳 Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments can be made via our online booking system. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time.
