Cancellation Policy

Studio Hire Policy – Creative Studio By booking the studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Bookings & Payment The studio is available to hire by pre‑approved use only at £15 per hour. All bookings must be paid in full in advance to secure your slot. A security deposit may be requested for first‑time bookings or clients who have not hired with us before. Cancellations All bookings are subject to a 24‑hour cancellation policy. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time. Missed bookings or late arrivals are non‑refundable. Booking Time & Usage No additional time is provided for setup or pack‑down. Please ensure you book sufficient time for your full use of the space. Example: If your session lasts 1 hour, you should book 2 hours to allow for setup and clearing away. Overrunning your time may result in an additional charge. Responsibility & Damages The person making the booking is fully responsible for the studio during the hire period. Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the booking holder. Leaving the Studio Please leave the studio as you found it. Any cups, dishes, or equipment used must be washed, dried, and returned to their original place. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge. Advertising & Use of Studio Name You may not advertise or operate under the studio name or nickname unless prior permission has been explicitly granted. Security & CCTV CCTV is in operation in the reception area only and is recorded for security purposes. There are no cameras in treatment rooms, toilets, or rest areas. CCTV footage is used solely to monitor entry and exit to the building. Access, Keys & Lock Box Access is via the lock box; you are responsible for the keys for the duration of your booking. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge, including the cost of changing locks if required. Door access codes are changed monthly for security.
