If you love a longer yoga flow, then join us for our Saturday Morning Vinyasa Extended Class at Yoga @ The Nook. Our usual standard class is 45 minutes, but this class gives you the opportunity to flow a little longer and experience a full-body workout from the mind to the toes. With a steady pace and energizing peaks, this class is suitable for all levels. Postures are linked in a flowing sequence in rhythm with the breath, with child’s poses strategically placed throughout to provide opportunities for restoration. Come join us for a powerful experience with yoga.
Cancellation Policy
The Nook Studios – Cancellation & Booking Policy 1. General Cancellation Terms All bookings, with or without passes, require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Standard bookings may be rescheduled to the next available date for the same class via your account, provided the cancellation is made within the 24-hour window. 2. Class Passes (5-Class & 10-Class) These passes also fall under the 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed classes or late cancellations will not be refunded or credited. 3. 30-Day Unlimited Yoga Pass (£30) This pass is available only to new students or returning students who have not booked a class for a minimum of 3 months. If unsure, please check your account for your last booking date. If this condition is not met, the pass will be revoked. Refunds will only be considered under extreme circumstances. The pass runs for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred. Three-Strike Policy: A strike is issued for no-shows or failure to cancel within 24 hours. After three strikes, the pass will be revoked with no refund due. 4. Booking Restrictions To ensure fairness for all students, bookings are restricted to a maximum of 7 days in advance. This applies to all passes and standard bookings. 5. Class Availability Unlimited access applies subject to class availability. Classes are small and booking is essential. The Nook cannot be held responsible if classes are full at the time of booking. 6. Excluded Events Abbey Yoga, Sound Bowl, and Meditation sessions are not included in any pass structure. These events are hosted by individual practitioners. Please visit The Tewkesbury Abbey and Coterie Sound Healing for bookings. 7. Additional Terms All passes and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Nook reserves the right to amend class schedules or availability at any time.
