To help us maintain this standard and manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that you take note of the following policy: π³ Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments can be made through our online booking system. π Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hoursβ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be transferred to another available date and time. Refunds are solely at the discretion of JC Facialist and The Nook Studios and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in 100% of the booking fee being retained. β° Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. π¬ Communication If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at joinus@thenookstudios.com. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us deliver the best possible service. π Waiver Form Your booking confirmation will include a link to a waiver form. To save time at your appointment, please complete this form online beforehand. If it has not been completed upon arrival, you will be asked to fill it out before treatment can begin. π§ͺ Patch Test A patch test must be completed at least 24 hours before any tinting treatment. It is the clientβs responsibility to contact The Nook to arrange the patch test prior to their appointment. Once completed, the patch test will remain on file and will not need to be repeated unless advised otherwise.
