Ayurveda Retreat

Ayurveda uses Yogic methods, like Yoga postures, breathing exercises, repetition of mantras, meditation, chanting, and yoga cleansing techniques to treat your body both physically & mentally.

The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda can be a powerful healing tool. Learn a daily self-care practice and some Ayurveda yoga tips to promote and nourish a better mind-body connection in our March Workshop to truly look after yourself.

Retreat Details includes:

  • Ayurveda Practice for self care including postures, breath & meditation.

  • Retreat lunch.

  • Sound Bowl practice with James Aubury 

  • Retreat goody bag to take home.

  • Limited retreat of 6 attendees, all equipment provided. 

  • Sunday 9th April 11am - 3pm.

  • £49 per Person. (£20 Non-Refundable Deposit to be paid on booking with remainder to be paid 2 weeks before the retreat)
